A Sick deranged man attacked his daughter with  scissors and said that he did it by accident but personally i would kill him my self for doing such a thing.

Friends and family say that he did not do this to his own family let alone his daughter maybe she was a crazy ass bitch and stabbed her self and everyone blamed her dad ?
